Each team consists of a Regional Sales Manager, an Inside Sales Representative, a Regional Audiologist, a Customer Care Representative, a Technical Support Audiologist and a Regional Marketing Specialist.

  • Your two Sales Representatives work together to get to know you and your business to create a plan that will grow your practice while enhancing the lives of your patients.

  • Regional Audiologists are available for in-office consultation to increase your level of knowledge and confidence in GN ReSound products.

  • Your Customer Care Representative is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your GN ReSound account including; status of new orders, repairs, and availability of supplies.

  • Technical Support is staffed by a team of dispensing audiologists with specialized computer training who answer questions regarding fitting our products or using our software.

  • Regional Marketing Specialists work directly with you to facilitate utilization of ReWards, our customer loyalty program, and to support your local marketing efforts.
