Our number one goal in regards to repairing your GNReSound hearing instrument is to do so as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products and services. Our repair turnaround times fluctuate due to a number of different variables. Ultimately, we take as much time as needed to correctly repair the device and bring it within product specifications. However, we do make every effort to complete repair work as quickly as possible. If the product is needed back by a specific date, special arrangements can be made for this through your hearing healthcare professional.
