| Q: My hearing instrument is not working. Can I send it to you to be repaired? |
We request that all repairs are sent to us through a local hearing healthcare professional that has an established account with GN ReSound. Your hearing healthcare professional can clean your hearing instruments and sometimes complete minor modifications to repair your hearing instrument(s). The hearing healthcare professional is the best resource available in troubleshooting any problems you may have with your hearing instruments. They can answer all of your questions. We are not able to bill consumers directly for services provided. Thus, any applicable charges are the responsibility of the independent business.
