Q: What is your return policy?

GN ReSound is a manufacturer who sells products to independent distributors. These distributors sell our products to consumers. Thus, your contract is with the hearing healthcare professional who you purchased your hearing instrument from. Your hearing healthcare professional sets return guidelines as part of the sales contract between them and you the consumer.
