GN ReSound's new training facility in Oxfordshire is now open. The facility, located next to our UK headquarters in Weston on the Green is fully equipped to hold a variety of CPD accredited training courses and seminars and is designed for audiologists from the public and private sectors who wish to advance their knowledge in a range of subjects. Topics already scheduled for 2005 include Open Fitting Solutions, Visible Speech Mapping, Middle Ear Analysis and Balance. In addition, refresher courses will be held on hearing instrument fitting software and instrument verification. The courses will be led by experienced GN ReSound Trainers and a number of guest speakers. Facilities include a range of the latest audiological equipment for hands-on practice, computer workstations as well as a planned multi-media suite and lounge area to enable learning in comfort.
